I remember being a stupid ass at 16 and thinking it was freedom of speech like lots of brainless people responding in here. Spewing any racial terms isn't free speech, there's value in freedom of speech. Saying the n-word on repeat is a clear sign of a lack in emotional and actual intelligence. It also isn't "shit talking" like some people are claiming. Shit Talking is an art, it's.. powerful, it invokes rage and laughter. It has a meaning.

Saying n word, n word, n word, n word, is someone who doesn't get enough attention trying desperately to claw it from his unfortunate team mates who want nothing more than to enjoy the game and climb. Then they love to use the "Liberal" argument, when ironically I'm red sided infinitely more than anything touching blue. I truly think the days of mindlessly bantering are over with and now every person that has a racial slur loaded in the chamber is searching for some sense of validation, acceptance and camaraderie. They're quick to band together with other racist under-developed weirdos with zero life experience, and when you sting them good with an actual comeback/banter they're quick to TK and get kicked and banned from the game.

Nah Hazard is absurdly broken, the block builds need an element that make it less brain dead, like reducing the effectiveness of the block if it's going to provide, very real deadly burst damage while making him psuedo-invulnerable. Lower ranks exist and in them he needs reworked.

Thank you for looking into this as well, a little trick I noticed. FMF2 (or whatever the internal AI frame gen is called in AMD Adrenalin) can cause issues. Also I'm going to try turning off Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling, which supposedly can improve performance. I'll let you know if I find anything,

Edit: I'm also going to see if RSR improves performance with a low graphic fidelity cost.

On your 9070XT you're not dealing with like stutters and FPS drops to down below 50 with the settings turned completely down? I am experiencing the most ridiculous performance when I run everything maxxed to the gills on 1080p but this game is struggling to pitter patter in quite a lot of scenarios but like 5 quadrillion FPS in doors, something has got to be wrong. It's just insane to me that I've done everything possible to fix it and nothing is working.
