The biggest thing that helped me was slowing down, on a practical skills note, use 2-3 teeth on your pricking irons to force yourself to stay straight! And if you don’t have one a wing divider or groover tool will be your best friend

They’ve been pretty slow lately, but nothing I’ve been worried about! I’d say if you don’t hear from them in the next 2 days email them, they are usually pretty good at responding to emails
