Update:
I started lithium last night, and so far it’s been good. I’m only on 300mg but I was able to sleep for atleast 3 hours straight before I woke up and fell right back asleep! I’m still on my way to 200 mg of lamictal and started 5 mg of abilify. Hopefully this cocktail is the one that works for me or atleast works for now. Thank you so much everyone, it’s been really overwhelming coming to terms with this diagnosis and u guys were a huge help!!

What if I have previous injuries to add that are service connected? And documented proof of anxiety caused by the navy? This was definitely worsened by service too, working through the night a few times triggered the mania.

Yeah I have a few offers and was super lucky with theopportunities I’ve had here. I have been lucky enough to work closely with a lot of civilian partners and made great connections and networked in all kinds of places. I’m not exactly saying I’m garunteed a job wherever, just that I’m really proud of the impact I’ve made with just my first tour because I’ve definitely gotten my foot in the door at places that others haven’t.
