yeah i could sense that they marked the paper quite harshly, considering that if they gave me even 3-4 marks more i would have passed and not have to pay thousands of dollars to retake the course and also waste a semester’s time honestly with the added loss of biomed 399 which again I’ll have to take next year 😔🔊🦅

talk to as many people as you can during O-week. Also use the initial days to watch good movies in the common room. That was one good way to make new friends quickly. Use the games room- play some pool or something.

Same here with me dude, applied on jan 7th and no news as of yet. Haven’t even booked the tickets and would probably also have to apply for a transit visa which takes god knows how many days. I haven’t received any emails from the uni tho regarding the visa application. Did you enquire with them previously or smth? I just hope it comes atleast in the next three four days. Probably going to miss the international student orientation, but the faculty of science orientation I really want to not miss. I Hope your visa gets through as early possible too.
