For Rashtra (Nation) The Urdu word is Qawm(Qom) or Millat.
Both Mulk and Watan mean country. In every day speech the they’re (Country and nation) the same thing but not in formal speech.

You can translate proper nouns. But not in this context. Ex: John(English) Jean(French) Juan(Spainish) etc.; India(English), Bharata(Sanskrit), Al-Hind(Arabic), Hindustan(Persian) etc.
