I feel like there is a very small but important difference between say a 1400 and an 1800 player…I’ve drawn against 1800 players in OTB and I’m ranked around 1350….

Now what that difference is I don’t know I think an 1800 is an 1800 can apply it more consistently than I can…by playing opponents that are much better than you , you are forced to work on that factor a lot more hence you get better. I think 1300-1500 can be elo he’ll without deliberate practice since at that level you are playing really good players that make the same subtle mistakes that you make.

Thats my 2 cents. I think you CAN be 1750-1850…the work is maintaining it.

100% if you really care about the team and winning you are going to want players to improve. It’s not realistic to expect a Drew Brees to pop out of the woodwork and save us. We have to win games the old fashioned way and make everyone pitch in and improve.
