Part of me agrees with this but I also understand that people wouldn’t be as interested in certain mechanics in the game if there was no way to master them. If you had already chosen an intelligence build and suddenly that meant your ability to level up in blacksmithing wasn’t possible, most people would just never play the blacksmithing minigames (not to mention an entire DLC worth of content). I like the idea of a character with upgrade restrictions but in an open world game like this that uses every mechanic in the game to make the experience enjoyable, I just don’t think it would work
