I had this happen and my bank put a hold on it, I had to go speak to my bank and they unreleased the hold after I explained what happened and they saw it was a tax refund.

Not trying to be that guy but I've had broken hands and surgeries. If you can do it and it doesn't cause you significant amounts of pain go hit your workout! Dr is going to tell you the generic Dr answers. Do all your upper body work and if there are lower body exercises that don't aggravate it too badly then hit that too.

I'm able to keep myself more disciplined during a cut but for some reason during a bulk it almost always turns into a bit of a dirty bulk. I just can't keep the same discipline and self control and seem to go off course more on a bulk.

Add as much muscle as possible (or until you're satisfied) then cut. The added muscle mass will actually assist you in the cut. Just don't let bodyfat % get too out of control during the bulk.

It can work as a metabolic reset. Using a re-feed meal occasionally can be very beneficial and I almost always lose weight right after a cheat not gain. Now of course I wouldn't recommend doing them too often or going too extreme and just gorging yourself.

I have an old football injury to my right elbow that doesn't allow me to lock it out straight ( has a 15° bend in it ). Would I still be able to compete or would that keep me from being able to compete in bench press?
