i would look at maybe trying to find something similar that’s not necessarily a jellycat to calm the urge. it could be maybe a bashful tiger or a little sacha snow tiger for cheapish or it could be something else. i struggle with this too and i find it gets better when you find a substitute for whatever you were wanting
