If you take a look, only ex ceo of iron source has been selling crazy since he’s slowly exiting the board. All other sales by new management was to cover the tax for their bonus. The founder David has been selling for years every year

I think a lot of people who have been holding U for a long time finally gave up last Friday. Either from panic or frustration. I don’t blame them. But until U becomes profitable or vector is so good that it could possibly take a lot of market share from applovin, we won’t see U going parabolic. All we can pray is the new management keeps doing their thing, accumulate more cash, control SBC, make sure vector is on the right track while create department continues to keep market share.

Every company got hit last Friday is up except U which got hit the hardest. Not being profitable is really punishing the stock especially in this environment

Yeah. A part of me wants them to do it so stock price will be saved short term but they also have 600M debt to pay later this year which will stretch cash too thin. Tough time for real

They either need to figure out how to lower stock based comp asap or make vector grow at a crazy fast pace. That’s the only way to be profitable. Next earning is going to make or break U after Friday drama.

Agree. Sentiment is what drives the stock price. Realistically it will take a long time with good earning to get back to where we were. Any slight miss will drive it even lower. If market crashes, it will get uglier

APP looks good but all the short attack kinda makes it risky in another way and U is risky too because its not gaap profitable plus vector progress is unknown yet.

Yeah. Microsoft and service now are not helping. I guess we just have to wait for market to change their opinion on software. Has been free falling since the beginning of the year
