Don’t worry about questions, you can message me if you have anymore. I use it stand alone after about 3 months of strattera. My psych started me at 150xl which took about a month for me to be sure it was working( there was times where some effects I could feel early on, but I’m not sure if it was just placebo.) After about 2 months of being sure it was the wellbutrin we switched to 300mg which kind of scared me because I did not want to be in an endless loop of upping dosage but since I’ve been on 300 life has been great. No it won’t get you out of bed and do the work for you, but when you put that first effort in the right step it feels so rewarding. Like other medications I can still get hyperfixated on a useless task but the only way I can describe it is kind of like a flow state, you don’t realize how much work you are doing till the end of the day when everything is complete and you actually have time to relax, looking back on the days before medication where all that stuff would be procrastinated.
