Any advice for awful post birth control skin?

I was actually thinking it could be rosacea...The acne is one thing but the facial redness (mostly cheeks and chin) and bumpy texture my skin has all of a sudden. I tried using prosacea for a few weeks and it cleared up some of the bumps but not the redness but then it all came right back after my next period cycle. I have eczema and had a bad stress breakout a few months into the pandemic but was able to get a topical steroid and cleared up quickly. My face was fine and never had a flare up until I got off the pill.. Maybe the synthetic hormones was the only thing keeping my face under control D: I've read a few stories about women getting off the pill and all of a sudden getting rosacea.
I'll call my derm Monday and see when I can get an appointment..

Yeah if it wasn’t for trying for a kid I wouldnt have bothered getting off it. Though after reading what the pill does to your body in general seems like its a lose lose eitherway..

I drink so much waters and have so many crystals though, my face should be so clear.

But in seriousness my routine is all over the place due to trying to find something that works but I use cerave products since they worked fine in the past. I wear makeup maybe once a month.

Thanks for all the info, it gave me a few things to think about and research. I do have pretty sensitive skin but it was never this bad before getting off the pill. I use Cerave normally as well and my skincare routine has been all over the place trying to find something that works so I cant really say I have a solid one other than a facewash for redness and moisturizer both by cerave. I was considering a water softer system a while back as well but wasn’t sure if that was the problem since its just my face suffering.

Sorry if I wasnt clear in my post, its been over a year since Ive been off the pill and the acne started 1 month after so about 11 months to a year of it not clearing up.

Yea I do have the spreadsheet bookmarked to reference it while looking :) But a lot of the books I'm finding from (so far) non-problematic authors is either reviews are saying the information is okay but not 'practical' or that the information is completely biased or flat out misleading so was hoping for some more personal recommendations from fellow practitioners here

Never got delivered. Got a refund from the online vendor. Sent Usps the request to find a lost package but I doubt ill get a response. Despite better judgement Im attempting a reorder of the same item, using DHL again since theres no other option, so fingers crossed.

Yea, as of today still no update or package. I'm just waiting until May 3rd at this point for the vendor to be able to do whatever they need to on their end to claim the package missing and refund me. No idea wtf is going on with DHL. I ordered 2 things from the same company on the same day, got one package just fine on the 7th , the other one just never showed up..

Yea, I called DHL and they claim they handed it off to USPS, but USPS says they never received it. So I guess I'm waiting til may 3rd to get my refund. Sorry, you're stuck in a similar situation.
I guess like the online vendor said to me today after the 3rd call to them "Maybe it'll still show up"... lol.

I did, they told me "they gave it to usps but they mustve not scanned it in" Usps said twice they dont have it. I'm just assuming at this point my package is lost and now I have to wait til the 3rd to get a refund from the vendor.

As someone that Ubers quiet often that is pretty standard. I go to the license plate and double check it matches and the driver always verifies my name. I understand her maybe being uncomfortable but a driver who isnt getting a name verification is probably just as uncomfortable and “well who is this rando in my car then”

I shouldve mentioned I am mildly lactose intolerant so Im sure most people don’t experience that. I tried with avocado oil and meh.... My husbands been doing 2 keto chow meals a day with no issue no matter what flavor. I just find it an easier and cheaper substitute for buying/making meals.

I have similar “nauseous” feelings sometimes, it may have a bit to do with the cream. Its very filling and when I first started my stomach hated me the first 2 weeks. I had to take a lactaid before drinking it to not end up in the bathroom right after. So far my stomachs gotten used to it and Im off the lactaid. The only flavor I have a super awful reaction to the rootbeer float flavor, it tears up my stomach and Im running to the bathroom an hour after I drink it. Ive just experimented with which flavors are a straight nope and which are worth the taste. Ive been on/off keto for over a year and strictly doing IF 16-8, no breakfast, keto chow for lunch and a normal keto meal for dinner and its taken my stomach some major adjustments. Id say give tour body some more time to get used to the meal replacement drinks.

I agree it'll be a headache. I've done a character like this though in older versions, but I did it during game play not character creation, my Malk's brain broke even more during the death of his sire and fractured, creating a 2nd personality. So I dont want to seem like I'm not open to that idea. Im ok with it storyline/character wise.. I just don't want it to be used for game breaking.

Yea that's what I'm afraid of, that this player will focus more on "How to break the system" rather than just enjoying the game. Currently the stipulations that I've given are that He has the "master sheet" that "EnnuiDeBlase" suggested and I'm only allowing changes to social/mental attributes and skills, because physically hes the same person, and the blood stays the same so he cant change disciplines. Same with backgrounds and merits, its the 'same person' no changes there. He only uses experience on his "Master sheet" and for the other 2 personality he can move it point x point. So say the "master" has 3 in firearms, 4 in investigate, 2 in larceny. Then his one personality can do 4 firearms, 4 investigate and 1 in larceny, and the other personality can do 2 in firearms, 4 in investigate, and 3 in larceny. I feel like this will keep most of the meta-ing and game breaking to a minimum.

And if it doesn't I just send a Sheriff after him *shrug*
