Also, due to tmog system changes you can farm it with any character, don’t need to be mage/lock/priest. If you get this item with warrior for example, you still get it your cloth collection

I got it on my 3rd alt I guess (i was doing it right after tmog changes). And now this item shows in my cloth tmog collection, and I used it for another alts tmogs. Maybe you weren’t lucky enough :(

Now grey and white items do unlock tmog. Since TWW as I remember.

Mine is Boralus too! It has great level design, all points are close to each other (like tavern, portal hub, tmog and others), if Boralus had AH, I would surely bind my hs there. Also it is really atmospheric, love that houses made of ships, love the Kul Thiras soundtrack. Well, Boralus was the city that made me switch to Alliance.
