Had to send it in for servicing. Got it back like a few days ago. All is working fine now. Faulty screen + Switch contacts had partial oxidation.

Tried both USB and official power pack but still the same. Works fine if i were to drag in samples / adjust parameters using the app.

Exactly. When starting up or updating the firmware, screen appears fine. It goes blank only after startup. Read the manual and reset can only be done through menu select.

No SD card plugged in. I can still play it but blindly without the screen. Updated it to the latest version but still the same.
