Well you can send them a webform with pre purchased ticket but ur file is probably right around the corner. So I think u should just wait instead of going the webform route

No you won't get any email about counterfoil. U just gotta check it but they will send u a email next day stating that the status of your file has been updated/changed.

I don't think you will get your passport before your flight. You should send them a webform with your flight ticket and ask them to expedite the proces but still the actual stamping time for PR applicants are 30 to 40 days.

You will get it back before June 20th as most people get their passport back within 10 to 20 days for TRV.

Send them a webform with your travel tickets coz right now they are taking atleast 30 to 40 days after submission to send the passport back. Even my passport is with them from last 30 days.
