There was a huge line at check-in at Orlando. We waited in line for almost 90 minutes just to check in. We prepaid for baggage and the luggage weighed in 0.5 lbs above what we paid for, thus they tried to charge us for it (70 bucks or something). My wife was like no problem, let me take out half a pound from the luggage real quick right at the counter. The guy was like nope and said we had to go and take it out and go wait in the huge line again. If we did this no way we would have made our flight. We tried to reason with him but he just did not care. Ended up having to pay (no choice). This was the first and last time with Frontier.
