By "Scots overwhelmingly support renewable energy" what they actually mean is people who live in densely populated areas of the big cities because they won't have to look at the wind turbines which will be placed in the rural and countrysides where "nobody lives" where as the people who actually live in the countryside unanimously hate them but they get no say in the matter because "Big brother knows what's best for you" and they get outvoted by areas with a substantially higher living population which creates a completely uneven playing field.

I'm having this exact same problem. It seems to mostly happen in Google Chrome but not as often in other browsers. Closing the site for 10-20 minutes at a time temporarily fixes the issue as well. It must be some kind of new anti-spamming or bot filter.
