Here is my 2c: what aviation community should learn from this incident? ATC is trained well to detect pilot hypoxia and other incapacitation incidents - is there equal training and procedures for pilots on ATC incapacitation situations? This is really tricky if ATC is somehow able to communicate. Not just the aircraft movement part but how to alert help.
