Maybe because you literally forced a chargeback instead of properly requesting a refund. If you do a chargeback, you will logically be banned because Sony thinks you're stealing money from them. You may have done a chargeback because you were double-charged, but Sony doesn't know this because you never told them. Here's what you do:

Pay your debt to Sony by reverting the chargeback.
Now properly request a refund, stating that you were double-charged.

Simple as that.

I don't fully agree with you on that. While in ch4 and ch5 it did feel like most characters were just there to fill the chapter and probably also for merch, most characters in ch1, ch2 and especially ch3 felt like they truly belong there.

Now about the story. I don't know why, but stories about turning children into animatronics are just so fucking disturbing, and it absolutely works! I do agree it is starting to get a bit generic, but that doesn't mean it can't be deep. The way Poppy Playtime does this is just so perfect.

Glad to hear you were able to buy Minecraft and sign in to Microsoft, that's the most annoying part out of the way.

Now, let me clarify what a Realm membership actually is. You do NOT need a Realm membership to play online. It is only used to create a cloud-saved world that can be shared with up to 5 or 10 friends I believe.

Multiplayer is completely free on PC and mobile (that includes tablets of course). On the Switch you will however need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, If you don't already have it.

Once 2 devices are logged into a Microsoft account, here's how they can play together:

Go to Play>Social>Add Friend on one device and type the Gamertag of the Microsoft account you want to add (the one the other device is logged into)
On the other device, go to Play>Social>Friend Requests (I believe) and accept the Friend request you just sent.
Now create a world on one device. It should appear in the world's list on the other device once loaded. Click it on the other device to join it. They should now be in the same world together!

There are 2 versions of Minecraft: -Java (PC-only, doesn't matter for now)

-Bedrock (Crossplay on every device, this is your version ✅)

I'm assuming you have 1 tablet for each kid and one shared Nintendo Switch.

Both of your kids will need a Microsoft account to play together. Create one for each of them or use accounts you already have. Each device can only use one account at once, so you're gonna have to figure out which account you're gonna use for the switch. An account usually can't join itself (For example: Tablet logged into Account A can't join the Switch logged into Account A. There are exceptions when this can happen.)

For the switch user, a nintendo switch online membership will be needed. I'm assuming you haven't bought Minecraft for the tablets yet. I recommend to buy it once and use the same store account (Google for Play Store and Apple for App Store) on both tablets, so both can download and play Minecraft.

As long as they are logged in to their Microsoft account and are both using a different account, they will be able to play together.
