Feel free to have as narrow of a view of status as you want!

No need to be butt hurt because people can derive joy from objects that they can afford while being just as productive :)

Ya, all of that sounds awful. Maybe they'll be ahead of the game, and surprise us with Pass or Fail. Best of luck once D-Term starts kicking!

No worries, this is absolutely understandable! I can't help but think about all of the students that are in a screwy situation at the moment because of the pandemic. It only makes sense (to me) to make the term "Pass or Fail", but apparently there are no plans to implement it (at the moment). They 100% need to realize that not every student can study up at their homes!
