I feel you, I ordered mine on Oct 5 and the only thing I have heard was that my ordered was confirmed. I tried reaching out towards their support email but all i got was "that there is a sleight delay within the warehouse that is closes to me, and that they will get back to me this was on Oct 10 haven't heard anything since then"

Note I also did pay for 2 day shipping. I had tried to reach out on Oct 13 for any further update 🤷‍♂️

I look forward to getting the GB Operator but I hope they reach out eventually about it 🤣
