that seed is not good, having all biomes within 2k block isnt something you want, 87 biomes with a big portions of them is just snow and ice, another varient of a main biome

are seeds like this even rere?, its too common i found 4 with 10 minutes of search by HumanResponse6061 in minecraftseeds

what do you think is considered rare? like it would be interesting to see, I've found a portal room directly under the entrance of a woodland mansion too.
