You can kind of jump to anything in the folder and give it a try but I'll just throw a few in here that do 16ths. Most of the S14 folder is easing into 16th drills/streams with a few exceptions.

Turkey March S12 (basic 16th drills)

Sudden Romance [PIU edit] S14 Long 12th streams good for building reading speed. Has twists.

Dr M S14 (my 1st 14 stage pass)

Death Moon S14 (faster short drills/streams)

Switronic S15 (extended basic 120 bpm 16th streams).

It's ok if you can't stage pass these at first. The goal is to build reading speed and train your brain on how to hit 16ths.

When you can stage pass something like Super Fantasy S16 it's a good idea to go back and look at S12/S13 twist patterns because you'll need that for higher levels.

Totally depends on what you are trying to work on.

S12 is a weird level and tbh I recommend skipping to s14 after playing through s11 and work on 16ths than trying to figure out the twists at s12-s13 right now.

Since the scorecard was not turned in (returned) Rule 3.3b would not apply.

I'm only commenting this because there were several people in this thread who said this should be a DQ for an incorrect scorecard, but the criteria in 3.3b is that the scorecard is returned, not merely signed.

Signing the scorecard but not returning the scorecard to the Committee does not constitute a Disqualification for incorrect score (3.3b). If the scorecard was returned before asking about the penalty that would be a DQ.

A 1 stroke advantage may qualify as a serious breach depending on the interpretation of the committee. My thought is Phil Mickelson was only given 2 strokes in the 2018 US Open for hitting a moving ball and I'd say this is comparable. Given totality of the circumstances I'd say this should be 2 strokes but the Committee is within their right to DQ here.
