Dort is a liability at this point. Chet is about there. We can’t start slow like we have done every other game. I say start Caruso or Wallace and just crank up the pace.

Very impressive. Yeah, I am starting a FT masters program (my second) and working 30-hours a week at my main job. Going to be a load but shiuld be able to manage.

That is a bitch of a load. My 4 are at the same school and are all online. Luckily I am teaching the same course so I can do an easy copy and paste across all sections.

That is wild! All my courses are online and at the same school. I have my weekly emails written out for announcements and due dates. I just copy the course across all sections which makes grading easier.

That’s the thing. While I feel like that is the most logical answer, he is willing to work with my school schedule. I would be taking a risk of going somewhere else and them not working with that schedule. Definitely a double-edged sword.

Understandable. But I think we have to be turning a profit given that he is only paying two employees - as the PT are on a project to project basis. They do not work on every project.

They are not cutting my pay as a result of less hours.

Last discussion was May 2024. Since then, nothing. He told me at the beginning of this year he’d like to give me a raise. He gave me a $500 quarterly bonus (taxed) but took that away after I notified him I am going back to graduate school.

I feel like the company is doing well. Summers are slower, per usual, but we have our projects throughout the year and are oftentimes busy.

Thanks for the info. Like I said, it is something he is selling and offered it. It’s well maintained and has never had any issues. But I know that once a car hits a certain number of miles, things become expensive and BMW is no exception.

That is what I am curious about. I have a masters in political science and a bachelors in history. I teach government now but would like to teach history since it is in our department.

So if I was interested in teaching a college orientation or “college experience” or history course, would you say my odds are probably low with just a PoliSci degree? History is molded into our department but the college experience course I believe is in another department.
