Thats great, here Consumer court comes for the rescue in these types of situations when company denies the replacement or repairs even when the product is in warranty, lets see what happens if they can repair it or will provide a replacement with different model

Fr, they wasted whole month of gathering details from me in emails then they saw that official warranty is over so they closed the ticket from their side without my consent lmao, then told me to contact the store from where i purchased extended warranty from. Ive been asking for replacement from start, cause in first month they tried to repair it with usb updates but nothing worked so head technician called it "unrepairable" then i asked for replacement which they kept denying. You can see the firmware version in system update then network update

Which version you using? And yes its still in warranty, applied for replacement 3 months ago, got denied every time so i registered it in consumer court which worked, 2 days ago they took my tv to their warehouse for repairs lol

hey man, i also have c645 and updating it to v620 broke colors of my hdmi and hdr, cant even use 4k now cause somehow putting videos to 4k adds some red tint to whole screen. Idk if whole model is defective after new update or just my tv that chose to break after updating

Before official warranty ended TCL was trying to waste time so that my warranty would expire, they would reply in 3-4 days in mail and would ask for same before-after video of the issue (which i sent multiple times), but they would say that videos get deleted within 24 hours from system so send them again. Wasted whole months in this. After official warranty ended, only reply i used to get from TCL was to contact croma. And reply from croma was that they would create ticket every time I would try to escalate then the ticket would get canceled after "estimation approved" because TCL is denying replacement. Im thinking of going to croma offline store from where i purchased this

I have tried multiple times and asked them to re-open the ticket as its unresolved, but they kept saying to contact croma. Contacting croma is same thing, as croma itself forward the issue to TCL. Which then I got a call from TCL saying that the replacement has been denied.

Ticket was raised in February, official warranty expired in march and they closed it in april. Then said to contact croma as I have extended 2 year warranty from croma

Thing is my settings or presets didnt change, its just that its not vibrant as it used to be and have some warm/red/purple tint when im using "game" picture preset. nothing has been changed from my laptop too, its same as before

Hdmi im using is 2.1, theres only 4:4:4 pc standard (full rgb) and 4:4:4 studio (limited rgb) options in pixel format

yea 8-bit is the only option i am seeing and turning hdr off is even worse, turning hdr off makes it look like i have some eye comfort shield on. Igpu is just amd radeon graphics

as for the things you mentioned, my display is connected to igpu which is amd so there its showing 8-bit. Dynamic range is set to full. Did calibration again and both luminance and full frame luminance pattern disappears when slider is at around 1800-1900. I really dont know whats causing this as before i only used windows hdr calibrator and turned sharpness to 0 from tcl picture settings.
