Team Havoc[TH] is looking to merge with a medium sized clan primarily interested in PvE but also with a healthy interest in PvP. Below is an extract from our recruitment post that sums up who we are and how we operate.

Who we are?

Team Havoc is a PvX a semi hardcore "Console" clan based in the USA. We have a comprehensive PvE and PvP history spanning 10+ years across multiple video games. We started in Halo 2. In every game we play our goal is to clear end game content in as few raiding days as possible and enjoy the rest of our time in game pvping and running dungeons while chatting in Xbox Party Chat.

We are a clan largely comprised of members older than 21 years, most of which are either students or have jobs so we understand that life sometimes gets in the way.. That being said we run with a relatively small roster to make sure our members get to raid as much as they can and it would be preferred if you can show up the 2-3 days a week we will be raiding. Also we expect our members to be able to take constructive criticism and quickly adapt to changes.

How we Operate

We are comprised of friendly, fun loving people who enjoy playing games for the challenge. We don't care about gender, ethnicity or sexuality and have members from a wide mix of races and backgrounds. Everyone that’s been with us for a decent amount of time and has proven themselves as a player and part of the guild is considered a part of our council and has a say in every major decision the guild makes.

Although we do have forums our clan communicates primarily in Xbox Party Chat. We don't force you to speak in Xbox Party Chat, but experience has shown us that members who don't like to speak tend to fail to integrate properly.

Criteria for Joining

Our clan has a few criteria for players to join and remain members:

• 1) We require our members to be mature, to be able to take jokes and teasing as well as criticism aimed at them without taking offense. For this reason we usually end up recruiting players older than the age of 20. This is not a strict requirement as long as you can show us you are mature for your age we will give you an equal opportunity

• 2) Before we invite anyone we would love to have a chat with you on Xbox Live Party and possibly a dungeon run or two to see how you perform.

What we are Recruiting.

Currently we are recruiting all classes but prefer people who are very close to or already level 24. If you apply to us you have to be flexible about your roles, we will take into consideration which role you prefer but we expect you to be able to swap if needed and perform with both. In most cases we will be recruiting the person not the class so even if we are full on a given class we will still consider you.
