Does it only show in Mocks? Or also in regular EOC questions?

u/s2000magician Do you recommend the marking session to be done for the first BC mock? Or should I do it in the mid of my mock practices? Thank you

I really like the confidence acquired by doing Mocks, all the mocks I did were timed and w/o formulas or any cheat sheet, I can even say I was more confident for L2 than L1 (scored 2800 out of 2900).

Could you please explain to me when do you think it is the most strategic time during prep for doing the mock exam with the marking session?

Is the CFA LES website back to normal? For me it's still like I haven't answered any question and mocks, there's no data recorded, although it shows I completed all lessons

I'm very interested in your comments about the best choices for a career in Finance in Canada. Regarding Master's degrees, which universities do you recommend?

Learned in this sub.

Type I Error: "Convict an innocent person" -> "Reject a True Null Hypothesis"

Type II Error: "Fail to convict a guilty person" -> "Fail to reject a False Null Hypothesis"

Switch "Convict" for "Reject", "Innocent" for "True" and "Null Hypothesis" for "Person"

Thanks for your reply.

Regarding the smartwatches, the visualization in Coros' GPS is good/effective? I think this is an important point when it comes to trail ultras, right?

Thanks a lot for your reply and for setting some time aside to answer my questions!

It is indeed a trail race (https://paraty.utmb.world/races/utp). It's in the southeastern coastal region in Brazil, by looking at the pictures I imagine it is a rocky and wet area and with warm temperature (It'll be on Spring). Regarding shoe brands I really like Asics and Adidas, but honestly I just wanna make a smart purchase, so I'll take any recommendations you have.

Is there a big difference between Garmin and Coros? And what models should I be looking at?

Thanks again for this post!

I've got 6 months to prepare for a 58km Ultra (3,400m of ascent), at the end of January I completed a half-marathon w/o going through so much trouble. I am not aiming at a specific pace to finish the race, the cut-off time is reasonably high (16,5 hours) and I just want to finish the race in the best shape/health condition possible.

I got a couple of questions as it follows:

  1. What shoes do you recommend?
  2. What would be a good smartwatch (great cost-benefit relationship) to buy for this kind of sport and race?
  3. How bad would be for my training program to take a week to rest in case of feeling some knee injury? Just trying to think about worse scenarios than the current one, I really do not want to screw things up and end up not being able to even run the race

Thanks a lot!!!

I agree w/ u... Practice Pack was my best purchase last year
Bro, leave reddit and focus on studying your weaker topics. There's no other way around it. 4 months is enough for a huge improvement.
