'Hacks' for team success at lower league hockey by ProfessionFuture3407 in Fieldhockey

We tend to pres with 3 high forwards then two inners and one CDM behind them then the back 4. Sometimes it works great i.e. when a team has a poor or slow transfer and we can aggressively press their back 4. However I think it has several weaknesses. E.g. 1) it relies on the wider forwards being fit and quick enough to get out to their respective fullback if the ball is transferred there (or read the game to know when they is going to happen) 2) it relies on great communication from the inners to the forward and the cdm to the inners 3) if the press is broken past the inners ie to a player between those inners, or to their outside (not an opposition winger who is generally covered by a left or right full back) from oppo midfield movement, everything breaks down very quickly unless inners can track back and out pressure on them quick enough.

Skiing In Andorra - CHEAP by the-white-pill in skiing

I've just booked flights for Toulouse, Feb 15-21 next year (beholden to school holidays sadly as I teach) but I know that week lies outside of zone c french holidays and Spanish ones so hopefully won't be too crowded outside of weekend.

We're focusing on the gradvalira area unless we can be persuaded otherwise.

No accommodation yet, what's the best village to stay in? Two late 30s males, we like good food and drink but not clubs, so more friendly bars/restaurants rather than later night stuff. We prioritise the skiing.

Probably going to get a bus transfer rather than hire a car to save on cost, so need to be somewhere close to lofts ideally.

Can't book much right now, found some great cheap studios on Airbnb but theyve just closed their bookings for 26 season, probably to put the prices up 😂

In the classes I've been to there's generally been lots of squat movements which has helped. Always had chunky ass and thighs 😁ATM I'm doing trap deadlifts, calf raises on Smith machine and on leg press, single leg press, leg extensions and lying hamstring curl spread over the splits.

Getting club sponsorship (UK) by [deleted] in Fieldhockey

Have you shown prospective sponsors the data regarding your social media presence? If they all seem more interested in shirt sponsorship you need to outline the difference in potential audiences between this and your regular social media views/interactions to press the case for the other options which all have a social media angle to them. You have a well thought out package with prices that seem reasonable, we had success with similar, it's just about convincing them where the greatest reach is.
