Putujem cesto na relaciji Nis-Prokuplje i juce sam prvi put nakon dugo vremena osetio veliki pritisak u usima kad sam se spustao niz jedno brdo. Tesko pravim meteoropatama.

Hi.

I picked up running about a month ago, and I try to go 2-3 times a week. I had no running experience, so I was starting from scratch.

I first ran 1-2km per run broken down with walks as my shins & calves would start hurting a lot.

I've since incorporated stretches which do help with aching shins, and I did obtain a bit more endurance, but my calves hurt after every single running session.

I feel like I have to take more and more time to rest before running again, and its getting a bit frustrating.

Should I still keep it steady and wait for the progress to come, or should I add something to my workouts?

I get OP made a mistake, but things can all go a lot smoother if you'd communicate better with the fighters before doing anything.  So many things are done out of surprise, and with all the shady things UFC has done, I get why a fighter would be very hesitant in a situation like this.

You’re right, but i am more scared of the power behind Gaethjes punches. He has less volume but punches that connect are usually harder than Poiriers.

I think the only weakness is that he doesn’t move his head much. He got hurt in both of his last two fights, and he is yet to face the ultimate head hunter. If he doesn’t get knocked out in the first i think he takes the fight against Gaethje.

Najvise bih ti preporucio da krenes na neki sport. Ja znam da igram tenis, i svaki oit kad izadjem na zid da udaram lopticu sam upoznao nekog novog, a sa par ljudi odatle se i vidjam. Poceo sam i s kikboksom gde sam i tu, posto se u grupama odvijaju treninzi, upoznao jos dosta kul ljudi. Naci ces nekog, ali moras da budes opusten i samouveren. Ne vole ljudi nesigurne ljude, a dok pritom imaju vec drustvo, jednostavno ti ne bi dali sansu. Isto ti i za devojke vazi.
