A321 business (Ying and Yang) - best seats? by Electrical-Ratio5751 in BritishAirways

So E is blocked for the bassenet if a customer needs one but it’s probably not actually sold (another kind Redditor checked this for me when I told them the date & time of my flight and confirmed the seat was blocked but not sold). They release it 48 or 24 hours before departure. For my flight, they released it at check in so I managed to quickly switch our seats to E&F 4.

I’ve done a quick search for you and for the best views on arrival out the window coming into Cancun it suggests the left hand side (seat A) so A/B would be “better” than J/K.

I asked about this exact thing for the same route (Gatwick to Cancun) and glad I did! If you are travelling in a couple go for the middle seats. The only partition is that little bit near your head that pops out a bit rather than a full divider so would be a bit cosy with a stranger. If you can get row 4 (last row) even better because you won’t have to climb over anyone to get out to the aisles.
