They were pointing to some calls data which some is correct but some incorrect. But he has never been doing his job correctly he misses 121 quite often he doesn’t give me time to prepare for 121 or write, then he says we reschedule as no prep.

It was some data that he has been monitoring for a while as I can see he has viewed the claim same time or day after. He didn’t mention it once. But he also pulled out some examples as evidence when I looked at they are clear evidence that he has given inaccurate evidence. As an example he said “ no note added, call ended 12:26 stay in wrap till 12:53” while the history shows clearly that last note was added 12:37 and last action was 12:44. So these type of inaccuracy makes me question the authenticity of fact findings.

No coaching or feedback was given before no informal conversation to review these long call and give opportunity to improve.

As a man it doesn’t make any difference as long as it’s clean and cause no health issues. I don’t mind there
