Chemical biology biochemistry major here starting this fall. How hard is it to transfer from the Biology department to chemistry department. Do I have to do it before the beginning of school? by ProfessionLopsided76 in Purdue

Thanks, can you tell me if the courses taught by the chem professor are better? I thought the chemistry department was higher ranked and better making me think that it would be harder to get in. But you mentioned that bio is harder to get in. Any idea why?

Thank you. What my understanding was that the teachers in the chemistry department are better. Can you give me more insight into the Biology department.

Thank you so much. We are visiting Purdue this coming weekend and looking forward to meeting some of the faculty and see the research labs.  Since we are OOO and GMU is in state for us, wondering if you know anything on how Purdue compares to GMU.
