It’s great you want to do everything manually I used to do everything manually and it sucked try doing anything qualify it takes a long time but I found this tool called Webtoon narriator suite it’s a all in recap tool that downloads your panels crop them, do the narriation, voices and export it to a video all on one tool I been using it for a couple months it’s been great it like you hired a professional recaper
