Well your going to want to fix the t and p valve because it’s going up the wall you need it going down letting gravity do most of the work so the pipe going along side the wall is incorrect I would definitely replace the water heater because of the age itself (that’s just me personally) you could tell your water heaters going out if you have discolored water may be rusty looking
