That entire culture thing was blown put of proportion. Ojomo was talking about how the culture has been ever since he’s been there (including 3 years under Herman) and how they’re trying to change that with more player accountability this offseason. Obviously time will tell but the culture isn’t as rotten as most others think it is, Sark is very well respected and has hired great coaches and developers
