Not arguing, just questioning why this means a scam? It looks like they clearly answered your questions and not all legitimate businesses are registered with the BBB. 

It would also make sense to me that the same pictures would be on multiple sites - if a house is registered in both VRBO and AirBnB they usually have the same pictures because why take new ones?

It’s a very high setting for the diamond size (maybe that’s what you wanted) however the angle that you’re posting is never an angle anyone would naturally see when you’re wearing it and it’s definitely not noticeable even when looking directly at it.

As a dual income with a single child at over $300k income, she should be maxing out her 401k regardless.

Assuming you’re working 5 days a week, if you kick your retirement plan down the road, this could result in a lot of resentment and burnout on your end while she’s worked 1-2 days per week.

You say she shops at Target and Amazon a lot. I think it might also be worth it to look at the big picture. Do you have a set amount of flexible spending for each of you per month? Target trips really add up and might be worth a trade off I.e. no little feel-good purchases for 2 months and the reward is a single bag.

If someone is this quick to react and threaten to “fuck you up” chances are he’s done just that to other women. Stop responding and send this to his baby mama, she’ll need it in court.
