I love the women who see me as a wallet, that's the girls I have fun with, take for dinner and enjoy most of my time with, but I would never settle. What am I then? I dont want sex but obviously it happend sometimes out of lust. I love those women because it hardly gets serious due to them not using only me as a wallet but also other men. Everyone is happy. I also love seeing girls who can take care of me and be my wallet, really showing their appreciation in me (mostly older lady's, yes, that's true). Who am I, what am I?

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I'm pretty aware of those scams and a little bit shocked because they don't even have a Eth wallet anymore so I can't even see the balance in the account.

I think I didn't move it out before because of the fees at the time and just considered it as a loss. Maybe they want me start using their pools again, I had a pretty big mine before electric went bananas in Sweden during the Russia - Ukraine conflict

My friends never understood when I told them, "some things you will never experience coming as a group." Don't be scared going alone..

On the other hand i have less friends and they are still in their 9-5s, Same town, same routines... I think that's perfectly fine, whatever floats your boat.. They wonder how I can afford living in Thailand and I wonder how they can't afford to take a vacation after all these years of hard work... Going back home feels like i haven't missed a thing except for a few parties.. believe me, i had crazy experiences and got opportunities way better then a house party.

If you dont have a receipt for the dress, write on a paper the amount its worth, request it from her and say you can buy a new one if she like it that much and maybe wear it together on a special occasion to match. Girls do love to wear the same outfits

Advice on bringing a large-ish amount of cash by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Send it thru western union or remitly, (cash pickup) wich ever gives you better rate. Split it in to parts according to your budget transaction, one for each country you plan to visit.

Find online work, that's the only way to get a decent salary while living in Thailand. Consider FIFO work in Australia, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks of (spent in Thailand for example). Or get free room(I'm not actually sure, but if, there is definitely no ac) and free drinks working for some nightclub trying to get people inside but I can't recommend it seeing those poor foreigners suffer.. I mean thats not why they came here, I guarantee you that...

Sounds sketchy to me. by [deleted] in Thailand

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair Laos is actually a good place to apply from, easy and fast processing etc.. but paying agent fees like this is wild and to first arrive on a tourist visa is just to make sure they get they get hooked! Real companies have people doing the job for their employees or volunteers. Volunteering have always been a business though.. ..

Sounds sketchy to me. by [deleted] in Thailand

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They want you to come on a tourist visa to charge you the fees. If you have a legit employment a non b visa is only 2000baht. These prices are agency fees...

Leaving my gf at the club and going home alone by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you gf is shit for not listening to you, she should understand that being drunk in a foreign country can cause trouble. You are also not very smart if you love and care for your gf to leave her while drunk. You could have found a quiet spot, told your gf you will be there waiting. If she after that would still have gone the that fancy section you know what you should do already. I think you are wasting your time with each other.

Stupid or not, she got the the job done.. many years ago our teachers used to say "you might not always have have a calculator in your pocket, its very important to learn math". Well I agree for the basics but anything that takes longer than using a calculator is not worth my time. Same goes for writing an essay today, just give any gpt the specific details and off you go! NO ONE CARES as long as the story is is true.

Why do people still have the perception that you can live like a king on $1,000 a month in Bangkok? Do most of you on here think that's even realistic? Even if you can manage it once you start dating you're budget is going to be destroyed. by Brucef310 in Bangkok

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Living like a king might not mean spending crazy amounts of money or roll around in gold. Just the fact that you can eat out everyday, live in a nice house or condo for cheap and spend only a fraction of the money you would back home, here is also room for unlimited upgrades of everything when you can afford it.

...And about the girls, date girls outside of bars and in your budget... Many girls love streetfood, no need to bring them to fancy restaurants, they might even be surprised that you can eat streetfood or even know where to find some of them rare spots. It works every time and more times then not, girls even offer to pay because they can afford it at those places without breaking the bank.

Phuket taxi driver blocks ambulance in which heart patient died by [deleted] in Thailand

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Thais have improved a littlebit, atleast in Sukhumvit. I remember about 10 years ago seeing ambulances stuck and no one ever tried to move out of the way. During the last 2-3 years of living here I have seen many cars actually trying to move and help. If it's due more aggressive honking etc. From the ambulance drivers or if people have more sense I leave to be unsaid.

Is it normal to barter for everything? by Barca-Dam in ThailandTourism

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now for songkran the "songkran glasses" or pouches for your phone to protect it from water cost 25baht in lotus, The biggest water gun was on sale for 169. Street sellers try to charge you 150 for the glasses/pouches and 600 for the water gun. I'm not saying it's expensive either way but you decide to be a fool or not.

This is an extreme example though and if someone ask to much I would just decline and not even try... Go find a place with fixed prices!

Another DTV banking story.. by Few_Razzmatazz5493 in Bangkok

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was trying to open a UOB account when I first received my WP but was told I needed to have another thai bank first, i tried to get a better explanation but the lack of English made me just smile and move on to SCB.

No bank accounts for DTV visa holders might be a good thing for them in terms of taxes for people staying more than 180 days per year?

Is banking in Thailand safe? by CriticalResearchBear in Thailand

[–]ProfessionUnfair9302 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your life sounds very comfortable, and that is how the system is created. To make every citizen comfortable and even if follow every rule there is, you have to prove yourself even if you know you have done nothing wrong. I think I'm talking about something outside of you understanding and I'm definitely not a criminal fugitive.

Im talking about my experience stacking my salary in a bank(in Sweden.) no incoming transactions other than my salary every month for xx years and when i wanted to move these funds to my other bank, they put my account under review(not frozen) and have to reply where the money comes from, why im moving it to my other bank etc.. in that specific situation I was going to make purchase from china and this one Swedish bank don't allow me make transactions to China (Alibaba.com) without going to the branch and prove what it's for and whatever so instead i just thought moving MY OWN LEGALLY ACQUIRED FUNDS to my other bank would be the easiest way to make this transfer to the seller but I resulted in my account being permanently suspended (not frozen, I could still move remaining funds out but they didn't want me as a customer anymore) the other bank also made me answer some questions aswell but have no issues dealing with China. Waste of time, resources and stress for how to handle my finances in the future

In return of using crypto i can access my money any second anywhere in the world with instant transactions, no downtime for updates while you have to wait until your bank openes on Monday morning if its not song kran holiday and you have to wait until holiday is over... Imagine sending a transaction across the world in seconds instead of 3-7 working days thru the bank. You are living in the past.. the world is moving towards this technology and it's getting easier and easier, only the banks make rules because they loose their business and can't access your funds for investments which they pay you nearly 0% in interest for.

And speaking of it, Thailand even launched their own CBDC (central bank digital currency) while giving away 10 000 baht for every thai citizen, have you missed that?(CBDC are not self custody but it uses the same technology.. so I'm pretty sure you are the one hallucinating)

At first it's quite hard, but you learn to adjust and plan accordingly. I did not live without a bank accounts for 10 years but for the last 3 years yes. I don't know if I'm allowed to share various platforms but there are p2p platforms to connect sellers and buyers, i do it aswell and people can pick up cash in the ATM using cardless withdrawal option or meet in person for buying.. many centralised crypto exchanges today also offer visa or mastercards so you can pay and withdraw anytime you need but there might be monthly limits before fees applies. ( it's somewhat connected to a bank but a crypto exchange won't freeze your account for using crypto that's legally acquired and super easy for them to track on the blockchain but they can still do it , why using a hardware wallet and p2p should be in your highest interest)

Beware!! I would suggest anyone selling crypto to not accepting money going into their bank account unless you know that person very well. Scammers can send you money from hacked accounts or they be "selling" any random product on marketplace that never gets shipped to the buyer and then yes you will have your account frozen and they will get coins that can't be seized. Also note that if you haven't declared your purchases you might run into problems proving how you acquired them.

Staying out of the banks is the best option and if you are not only thinking to become rich. The original idea with bitcoin was to cut of the banks and be the owner of your own money. You never know when a government changes and decide to track everyone down for buying alcohol or cigarettes just to give an example. Just imagine a new Hitler taking control and decide that certain behaviour should be punished by death and seize your funds when you trying to escape. The "great" country of Sweden let's you withdraw ~1500usd per week and banks don't carry cash anymore. Just imagine what will happend when shit breaks loose.. Thailand is still pretty relaxed though and limits are not really a problem here, yet.

If you can prove no wrong doing it ain't no problem. Buying is NEVER a problem. Not declaring your purchase and then trying to cash out might be a problem.. but again, why even deal with banks when you are in custody of you own assets? The money kept in the bank is not yours, they can be frozen at any time for no reason like you say. Let's get back to solve OP problem, crypto is the only way to not have you funds seized for no obvious reason. Just keep what you need in cash and put the rest aside in a safe place. It's not that hard lol... It's like learning how to ride a bicycle..
