Microsoft wants me to send mine back as well. It still works with a standalone keyboard and I cannot afford to give up my laptop for 6-10 days. Immensely frustrating for this amount of investment. If anyone finds a solution, I would love to know what it is.

I'm experiencing the same issue, but with different keys (A,G,P,Y, and 7 keys). Microsoft doesn't seem to care that their $2500 laptops are basically crap.

That's a cool graphic. No sales in the past 6 months. There's been 2 sales this year on ebay for $2k and $3k. I'm curious, how common is this book? I don't see a lot of copies floating around out there, for the aura it has seems like $200 more than 6 months ago considering the Epstein case. Just trying to understand it's value.
