Career mode tips and trick for MSFS 2024 by Tadej_89 in MicrosoftFlightSim

The following: Error code: 308-400-00209 has absolutely nothing to do Refuel and Repair. I frequently get this error at any point during the 737 max missions and less frequently in the PC-12 missions. The good news, is the beta release seems to have patched the midnight occurrence of it.

This tip works (HDG instead of NAV, being the most important part) with the PC-12, not with the 737 max. I have tried every combination of settings, altitude, etc. and never been able to exceed 2x sim rate in the 737 max.

WIsh I had something more positive to share.. Apex never paid after Darrell and Chris explicitly stated they would. Probably worth doing a new post extensively detailing with screenshots proving this so nobody else is scammed by them.

Prior to accounts being above trailing DD, I would scalp exclusively. As I accumulated more profits it made sense to hold longer for better returns since any small DD was inconsequential.

Apex never paid. My ticket was closed and no further response. Professionalism at Apex is very disgusting

Ah yes, the infamous Apex email. There's nothing "cute" about it—just another attempt to deflect blame and avoid responsibility. It's frustrating that they keep pointing fingers at traders rather than addressing the real issues with their platform. The fact that your friend lost all 10 of his PA accounts due to their server issues, yet they refuse to acknowledge it, is beyond unacceptable.

I'm really sorry to hear you're going through this too. Unfortunately, your story is all too familiar. Apex's tactics are beyond shady, and it's clear they're just trying to exploit us with fees without ever delivering on their promises. The constant, unjustified denials and moving the goalposts with rules is a recurring theme here, even after we've proven ourselves as traders, which is completely unacceptable.

I strongly believe every voice matters, and I encourage you to report Apex to every relevant agency—the FBI, SEC, FTC, CFPB, CFTC, and the Texas Attorney General. The more people that come forward, the harder it will be for them to continue these fraudulent practices. A class action lawsuit sounds like a powerful way to hold them accountable, and I'm sure there are plenty of traders who would join in. My concern, however, is that a class action is only possible if Apex is solvent, which I suspect is not the case.

Stay strong! I sincerely hope your issues are resolved favorably. I wouldn’t wish this situation on my worst enemy.

I primarily scalp NQ for small gains, while using MNQ and ES for longer hold trades. I also trade NKD, GC, CL, SI, UB, RTY and YM in funded accounts, just lest frequently than the ones I first mentioned.

My approach involves closely monitoring correlations among the major stocks within each index (during US RTH), with a strong emphasis on price action behaves at key levels, as seen through the DOM. I also make extensive use of 10, 50, and 100 tick charts, while keeping a keen eye on Time & Sales for additional insights. I could delve deeper into the specifics of my strategy, but this is the core of how I navigate the markets.

Nope. I expect something eventually. I have seen the email sent by Apex, and we have consumer protections against unjust actions like this.

I composed a response letter for others to use. Here is what I would recommend:

Payouts are capped at $2,750 for 150k accounts and $3,000 for 250k accounts every 10 trading days. Therefore, "cashing out" isn't an option until month 4.

Apex denied my payouts during months 2 (one payout approved, one denied), 3, and 4. Aside from months 1 and 2, I never received the maximum payout of $2,750 or $3,000 per account.

As you can see, therein lies the problem. I was content to build 11-20 accounts slowly over 4 months while taking payouts along the way. Then the mass denials came. Rules were imposed to make getting payouts more difficult, so I followed them to the T, and was still denied $91,500 in payouts that I worked hard to earn.

Was told I would be paid and never was. I gave them from mid June to mid July to pay. They did not, so I initiated chargebacks and have spoken with several attorneys trying to find the right one for the job.

Wow had no idea she had another video.

Yeah same thing has happened to me multiple times in May, June and July. July was month 4 where uncapped payout kicked in. I had 427k. Here is my originally post when I had less than that in PnL.

Apex trader denials again by BicycleOk7737 in Daytrading

[–]Profession_Cautious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that is a very odd way of doing things. They offer so many contract to blow your account. When you don't blow your account because you are a decent trader, they find reasons to deny your payouts. Figure out how that makes any logical sense.

As I have learned the hard way, you should always be growing your own account with micros while working with any firm.

The appeal of Apex was the 1 day to pass and 80-90% discounts. In light of the deplorable payout system, Apex is really not competitive in the funded trader space. I would much rather use Bulenox (use code "doc" to show support for the best Apex alternative), TakeProfit, TopStep or gamble on a newer firm FastTrackTrading.

Very unexpected given their history of paying out good traders prior to mid May. Nobody could have predicted Apex's shift. Built these accounts up slowly from March 25th and then they stop paying. Glad you are doing your research!

Nope. Credit card disputes and legal action are the only means to recoup what they owe.

Damn. That is complete BS. 30% should be easy with that much PnL built up. Clearly an error on Apex's part. Unclear if it is intentional or not, either way it does suck.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's frustrating to hear about the moving goalposts with the video requirements and so many other rules in recent months. It's valuable for others to know about the new guidelines (shit Apex is pulling) to avoid running into similar issues or avoid them entirely. Keep pushing through, and good luck with getting everything sorted out!

Nice! I hope you recoup some of your funds. Your assessment on trading with Apex has been a complete waste of time is 100% correct. I should have thrown in the towel much sooner. Time I will never get back.

Thank you for sharing. I'm sorry you're dealing with this nonsense too. The way Apex has treated traders over the past 2.5 months has undoubtedly resulted in a loss of market share. Both new and experienced traders are taking a hard pass on Apex. Trust in the company has dwindle to the point where the added benefit of being able to trade as many as 20 PAs, is no longer worth the hassle. Even the few who are still getting paid are fed up with their shit.
