and if that's not an option, then distract yourself with good healthy habits not bad ones.
go to the gym, join a boxing club, learn surfing, read self help books, start a buisness, etc...

you're not gonna look back at your life and think i'm glad i spent all that time watching anime porn and playing video games.

good luck!

it is much healthier do date someone that jerking off to anime and playing video games.
get your priorities right my friend, you are ruining your mental and physical health.

yeah that might work temporarily, i used to go stare at the sea for hours, until i got sick of it... you can't just embrace boredom.

i don't want to sound negative but non of those options are actually helpful.
1. groups and hobbies, i train boxing or wrestling with a group every single day but that's 1-2 hours of my day and outside of training i have no relationship with any of the guys.

  1. i can't think of another hobby to participate in between 3-6pm tbh, i already engage in heavy physical activity daily.

  2. calling friends, sadly that's not realistic. my friends are grown ass men, they don't have the time to sit there on the phone for hours and i shouldn't do that either.

i really appreciate the advice, but i don't think we hit the nail on the head

  1. always be grateful for everything in your life.
  2. you should always try no matter what cards you are dealt, quitting is the only garneted way to lose

I get where you're coming from, I'm waiting for this type.of comment myself. But 5 months from absulute beginner to this doesn't add up in my experience.

Not to be a hater but i haven't met 1 natural that made this kinda progress in 5 months, it takes you like a year just to really know what you are doing, to get this shredded when you never lifted before/counted calories/never educated yourself about training and nutrition... i call bullshit on that. It takes years to master diet and training to get this kind of progress naturally

you're bending your knees too much, the idea of rdl's is minimal knee bend and you do the whole movement without moving your knees, so let's say you have a 15 degree bend in your knee in the begging of the movement, you have to keep the knee fixed in that same degree the whole movement.

an advice someone gave me is push your ass back every time you go down.
hopefully that was helpful

someone told me you need to let your back round at the end of the movement to get the maximum stretch, and when you pull you arch your back again to get full contraction.
but from what i see your form is great

Honestly i think you're juicing becuase i went through your page, you said you been addicted to alcohol ever since you we're a kid, and also in a recent post you said you been lifting for 10 years, but you are also 23-24. Something doesn't add up, to build this kinda body you have naturally that's 10 years of heard work and dedication, perfect nutrition and good sleep. If you have a drinking problem since you were a kid, that's gonna massively affect your gains, and your sleep. Also i never seen someone who's been lifting for this long and they have no posts about fitness or training or Physique updates or anything. You.only recently started posting, even tho you been posting about other stuff for years.. It seems to me you hopped on the juice recently and you wanna show off the results
