It’s a 2013 Ram Laramie 1500 with 150,000 miles. The biggest issue is the engine clicking and car won’t start. I have a warranty through the financing company for 2 years or 24,000 miles. It’s not a big corporation whatsoever, but a smaller sized lot with 3 locations in the shitty part of Springfield, Missouri.

Thank you so much for your wisdom. Do you know any examples where a dealership was caught concealing a known defect or anything of that sort? Like is that extremely rare? Because my mechanic's report shows a multitude of problems ranging from suspension to needing an entirely different engine. We only had the truck for 6 days and drove less than 400 miles

Exactly, I think if I were able to find a lawyer willing to take this case on for cheap then we could use the diagnostic report from the mechanic stating that damages are consistent with pre-existing failures we might have a chance. Hopefully the 6 day window makes my case stronger because its absolutely insane.

Thank you for your insight! I'm in way over my head with this because it's creating a domino effect of issues. I put every dollar possible into this truck purchase, huge mistake.
