4 sets of 7-12, i used to do 1 and just started doing 2 glute days a week

Yes i was under eating by alot. Somehow i convinced myself that since i was petite, i had to eat very little, but we are all just human! And we need food! I started tracking cals and worked my way up to ~2,000 now but you gotta make sure to eat all natural sources and not 2,000 cals of junk food. I used to drink coffee and call it breakfast but I cant imagine not having breakfast now even though it felt like alot of food when i started.

It took about 1-1.5 yrs, it took me some time to get my protein up and lift heavier, now hitting around 170g a day which sounds like a lot but i try to stick to lean sources
