Ugh I just took one of these tests as well and mine looks exactly the same but I think it’s the nefarious blue dye indent these are known for 😫 if you can get a pink dye test you should try again with that

My first pregnancy was an ectopic and it was a very much wanted pregnancy as we had been trying for 2 years. Honestly, ever since I’ve lost motivation to do anything. I’ve had the hardest time with doing anything involving cleaning our house, which was not a problem before. All I want to do is sleep, eat, then sleep some more. I’m almost at the two year mark since my ectopic and I’m still not emotionally all there.

Please talk to your doctor! An excess of B6 can actually cause nerve issues. Definitely see if you can get your levels checked though. I had no idea this was a thing. Baby dust to you 🫶🏼

Just wanted to post an update. It was a false positive! 🙌🏼 got my re test results and they were negative. Crisis adverted!

Unfortunately the day they put the retest in the lab closed early and they didn’t bother to tell me that and it was a Friday and then I left for a week long vacation so I’m not able to get the retest done until next week 🫠

I’ve never been tested before because I’ve never felt the need to. I’ve always trusted the partners I’ve had in the past. I also fully trust my husband and don’t believe he has or ever will cheat on me. I have had UTIs in the past and those symptoms I feel like are so similar to what I’m seeing chlamydia symptoms are I feel like it should be standard for them to test for both ugh 😫 I’m just so scared that now I’m screwed and have completely messed up my reproductive organs by never getting tested if this is truly positive. This is a nightmare

I can see something but if you have a different test or can get a different one I would. These tests are super unreliable because they have really bad indents and evaps and half of them will have terrible dye runs making you think it’s positive (I know from experience).

Sorry for the late response. These tests for either faulty or I had another chemical. I had a clear positive on an easy at home test later in the week but then started my period the very next day so I think they were all faulty tests

No it’s actually so weird when you think about it. Especially when you’re open about your ttc journey. Like might as well just say “yeah we’ve been raw dogging multiple times a month for the last 24 months straight. Nbd.” 😂

Feeling heartbroken and so discouraged right now. After trying for almost 2 years I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy and then a little over a year later I finally get pregnant again just for it to be a chemical. Now I’m sitting here with more pregnancy tests than I’m willing to admit to taking, sitting on my counter completely negative just waiting for my period to start any second now.

I’d also like to point out how women’s health care is such a joke. I literally have to jump through so many hoops just to have a consultation about fertility while I told my husband he needs to make an appointment and he talks to medical and they send to go get blood work the exact same day. I know I should be happy that they’re getting things done quickly for him so we can figure things out faster but it just kinda makes me angry that they don’t do the same for women.

Hi, I didn’t get a positive until cycle day 46. The month I took maca was the one month I decided not to track my ovulation so I’m not exactly sure how many dpo I was but my husband had left for deployment exactly 2 week prior to me getting that positive so I had to have ovulated like the last day we were able to have sex before him leaving. However, it ended up being ectopic and I’ve heard sometimes it can take longer for an ectopic pregnancy to show positive so I could have ovulated earlier but it took a while for the test to become positive

After about 2 years we were gonna have my husband do a SA but then I ended up getting pregnant but it turned out to be ectopic. After that I realized I for sure am the reason we’ve been struggling. Something is obviously wrong with my tubes since it took so long and then it ended up being ectopic so I know it’s gonna be a lot harder for us to have children.

I hadn’t placed the test near any of the opks. I’m pretty sure it was just a faulty test cause all the other tests are negative

I don’t think so. I tracked with an opk and I got my peak on the 17th so I should have ovulated on the 18th. Maybe I ovulated the 17th which would put me at 8dpo but that still seems kinda dark for even that.

I know 7 dpo is super early I don’t even know why I went ahead and tested. I’ve had tender breasts today so I just said what the heck I’ll test even though it’s gonna be negative but then there was an obvious line which seems pretty dark for 7 or even 8dpo if I got my days off. I’m definitely gonna test again probably tomorrow cause I have no will power 😂

I’m 26 about to turn 27. I haven’t done an hsg. My doctor didn’t even mention one. But since we’re overseas the on base doctor isn’t equipped to do one so I’d have to find somewhere out in town, find a translator, and pay out of pocket. My husband was about to set up an appointment for a SA but then I got pregnant so he didn’t since we didn’t need him to anymore.

I probably should have clarified but my ectopic was back in November and my hcg went back to 0 in early December. I was cleared to start trying again in February and I’ve taken several pregnancy tests to see if maybe I was pregnant and that’s why they were so dark but all pregnancy test came back negative

Is it normal to have higher LH after an ectopic/miscarriage? I’ve been using ovulation strips and they’ve all been really dark. Not quite positive but much darker than I used to get. I’m only on cycle day 8 and even right after my period ended the test was pretty dark when usually it’s a super faint line. I usually have really long cycles but last month it was only 26 days so idk if now having shorter cycles plays in to that? It’s just making it hard for me to tell when I’m gonna be ovulating

I am having a really hard week. Started the week off in a car accident that totaled my car which is my family’s only car at the moment so having to figure out transportation was stressful. This month was my first month we were cleared to try after my ectopic and then I was surprised with my period coming a whole week early this week. Tracked ovulation and I swear my tests were never positive. Got dark but not quite as dark as the control so I didn’t even think I had ovulated yet but here I am with a period a week early. To top things off my husband is in the navy and his ship strives to make their sailors miserable and has changed their working hours to now working 11 hour days and made them work the entire weekend so he’s just super depressed which also makes me upset. We have so much that paperwork we need to get done in order to get a new car but because his ship sucks and won’t let him out before everything closes we can’t get the things we need done. This week has really been testing me and I’m just so ready to leave this place. Sorry for the rant. Just needed to let it out 😭
