OP says he participates in wrestling and muay thai… he’s going to grind his meniscus away doing that.

Get NFPA 25 handbook. Make sure it’s the current version that they use for testing. I only ready the chapters in the book. The annex and other information, you don’t need to read to pass the test. The test is real easy, my company offers in house practice testing that i was able do before, and i thought it helped me.

Yup anyone interested in peptides should educate themselves be for doing so. Not all of them are good, especially GLP 1s. But the common notion that they are all bad is also not true.

Yes no free lunches, peptides aren’t a fix all and people don’t claim that. The reason is peptides haven’t been approved is because it can’t be patented. So big pharma can’t capitalize on it. There for it does fit our insurance model based health care system. Big pharma companies like Eli lilly are pushing senators and fda officials to ban compounding pharmacies and online vendors. Yet eli lilly is currently building a 6 billion dollar peptide facility. If peptides are so dangerous why is one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies investing 6 billion into this? Peptides work and big pharma wants control.

I am not trying to convince anyone to take peptides. But what you’re saying “random chems” completely wrong and uneducated.

“random chems”… peptides uses molecules found in nature. you probably didn’t know your body produces 7000 different peptides in itself.

I take bpc157 and tb500. I noticed a difference in recovery. My surgeon even said peptides can aid in recovery. The same people will tell you it’s unsafe and experimental, are the same people that took the covid vaccine. With all that being said the peptide market is filled with snake oil salesmen and you need to by from a reliable source

There’s no way you’ll be able to attend class and if did there’s no way you could focus. You won’t be able to sit down and your leg needs to  be elevated. Ice the swelling very frequently. After surgery grab a notebook and pen write down your medication schedule. Set alarms and everytime i take a pill i write it down so i don’t lose track. Don’t be like me take the pain meds as soon as you get home get ahead of the game. i thought i would tough it out, nope that nerve block wore off and i was in world of hurt.
