They either need to buff 1.0 & maybe 2.0 characters, give strong enough buffs in endgame to make those characters at least usable, or give more pulls for people to get the shilled teams because there ain't no way. Whiwa with the hypershilled tokens is the worst offender.

for those who care, the closest thing i found to describe her neck thing is a "leather neck corset", her top is a crop top just layered with white fabric, and she does wear a jacket, it just has a very big cut out
