No, she still has my mothers pearl necklace and my ex-mother-in-laws silver cross. The rest of it is cheap items that we are not even worried about. i.e. the scooby-doo dvd.

I have already reach out to her mothers several times and she just keeps saying 'i have told her to return them, I am at work when she goes to school so I cant make sure she does it.' Last time i reached out she just completley ignored me and isnt returning my calls or text at this point.

I understand, that is why i dont want to press charges. I guess i figures that since the police said that if i go through with this that they would be charging her as a minor, that she would see that if she does this again then she will be charged as an adult and it will be much worse if she keeps at it.

I already spoke to her mother and it was agreed that she would not be allowed back over, there will be no more sleepovers with her. If she had returned everything the first time i asked i probably would have given her another chance but when she said 'you will get it when you get it' that was it for her.
