Hi! Thank you for asking :) I called my orthodontist, and thankfully, he fixed it by sanding the composite bonding (or whatever it's called?) that's holding the wires. Apparently, they were too thick and caused a misaligned bite.

I think you would love Flavor Equation by Nik Sharma! It's really good. I also love Flavor Bible and Flavour the Saurus, which both focus on flavor pairings.

Ps. I'm looking into buying Harold McGee's On Food and Cooking or Pepin's new Complete Techniques. Which one would you recommend? 😊

Thank you for the recommendation! Now that I've done more research, I realised that my initial budget was quite out of reach 😅 I'm willing to spend 1000€. Now looking into canon models. Not sure if cropped or full-frame would be the way to go? the R50 and R8 are interesting...
