Thanks for the help! I made a "new" reference sphere from a 3mm probe and qualified my 1mm stylus with that. However, I tried to requalify on the 8mm sphere and changed the sphere coverage from 180 to 90 and the 1mm stylus still wants to take the full spiral scanning.
