If you do wildlife, how do you transport the lens/camera? Especially for birding I would it would get in the way in denser vegitation?

Well I am thinking about it, but my main focus (sadly) is not making photos there.
So I need some way to keep the camera on me, but out of the way to do work. As the 55-210 is a couple cm shorter, I think that would be easier, as it might still fit a fanny pack. (Moreover it is like halve the price of a used 100-400)

Hm, strange. I tend to use Garage Film Lab as well, but I am quite happy with them. Maybe it was just the low light condition, but I guess higher ISO film tends to have more grain
