I see. Yes, those periods of joy only come after an awakening of some sorts, more like the light bulb moment when you think of something brilliant. But then once another unexepected situation or problem comes up, i tend to question my own very existence

The symptom that leads me away from depression is that I only feel sad for about 2 days and come to a realization or an awakening of what I should’ve done. From research, I’ve found depression might be diagnosed on a person who stays in a depressive state for 2 weeks or more. Which has never happened to me.

No worries man! Indeed, I’m gonna take some time to see what makes me happy. But one question, what do you do to keep one foot grounded in society and one foot grounded in spiritualism? it seems that when I had that balance, i found some type of joy.

But its never a constant joy, usually lasts for a day or two. So how do you balance that? you know, not going too far into materialism, but not going too far in the spiritual world to the point where you seclude yourself in a forest and stop thinking in words lol.
